Lilly 2Q Revenues Top $23B

Mounjaro and Zepbound drive growth in the quarter.

YTD Revenues: $42.8 billion (+51%)

YTD Earnings: $14.5 billion (+72%)

Comments: Growth in the quarter was driven primarily by Mounjaro and Zepbound. Mounjaro revenue increased 91% to $9.9 billion, and Zepbound revenue increased 44% to $4.9 billion.

Key Products revenue in the Immunology, Oncology, and Neuroscience therapeutic areas grew 121% in the quarter. Ebglyss sales were $201 million, up 131%. Omvoh sales were up 36% to $102 million in the quarter. Jaypirca sales were $192 million, up 56% in the quarter. Kisunla sales reached $167 million, up from $49 million 2Q25. 

Revenue in the U.S. increased 33% to $14.4 billion, and revenue outside the U.S. increased 80% to $8.6 billion. R&D expenses increased 14% to $3.8 billion, or 17% of revenue, driven by continued investments in the company’s early and late-stage portfolio.
